Refund Policy

At NY Beauty Hub, we value our clients and strive to provide excellent service at all times. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and refunds.
Appointment Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

“No-shows” (failure to attend without prior notice) may be charged the full service amount.
Deposits

Certain treatments may require a deposit to secure your booking.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend.

If you reschedule with sufficient notice, your deposit will be carried over to your new appointment.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a cancellation.
Refunds
We aim to deliver high-quality treatments. However, refunds will be considered only in the following circumstances:

If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice and have prepaid, you may request a full refund.

If we are unable to provide the booked service due to staff or technical issues, we will offer you the choice of rescheduling or a full refund.

Refunds are not issued for completed treatments, unless there is a clear issue with the service delivered (which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by management).
Products

Unopened and unused products purchased from NY Beauty Hub may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Products that have been opened or used cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are faulty.
